New Table saw - 19 replies

Hello I am in the market for a table saw, my projects consist of mostly frames, and some small furniture so far but i plan on continuing to advance. I have found a 10” Delta 35-600 table saw on craigslist for 250.00 and I am wondering if this would be a good purchase. If anyone could give some advice that would be great.
