Its looking a lot like Christmas

Thank you for the good wishes to my wife and my self from LJ's and AFSM. My wife's surgery was a success and the damage was 100% reversed. Acute subdural hematomas are among the deadliest of all head injuries but I am happy to say she did well, she still has a CT scan to get in about six weeks but the doctor is confident it will be OK. With that said we had to cancel our class at AFSM in Feb mostly due to the financial burden this operation put on our pocket book but that's OK as long as she is well we can try to make another class later. Ironically The last time I was going to the class with Paul and Matt the same thing happened to my Dad but he was not as lucky to pull through and passed away 21 days after hitting his head in a fall. What are the chances of that happening?

Well I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, I know mine will be wonderful.

Good to hear things are getting better Bob.
Too bad about the class but you'll get there one day, first things first.

Merry Christmas to you both.

So sorry to hear about your pops last yr and then your wife this yr. Great news that she is doing well and going to be OK! Nothing worse than dealing with the stress of any family member getting hurt or struggling medically. It has made me feel helpless, but our Doctors are amazing on what they can do.

Give her our best, and have a Merry Chistmas.
