Three blanket chests for my grand Daughters
I am building my first blanket chest and I started with the top. After putting the top together for a dry fit and everything fitting real good I numbered 1 to 1, 2 to 2 etc and glued it up clamped it. Satisfied everything was lined up I came inside to get out of the Fl. heat. After about three hours I went back and un-clamped it and noticed one miter was open I'm a bit upset with the outcome and can't figure out what to do to fix it other than just cut it back and start over. Does anyone have a fix for this that is not noticeable? Its open about a 1/32"
Because I just started I think I will cut off the miters and start over using this part for the raised panels
