« Part 1: Torsion Box Top Part 2 of Table Saw Cabinet with router incert and lots of draws. series no next part

As I mentioned in the last comment of part 1 I am not going to place the router into the cabinet with the table saw so I moved on to the out-feed table. Its a real simple set up 3/4” Birch ply with a 3” oak border and oak stiffeners ever 12” the legs are 3/4” plywood as well. I removed the angle iron on the out feed side of the saw that’s part of the Biesemeyer 54” fence and used the bolts to secure the out-feed table to the saw and 2” screws ever 12” to secure the out-feed table to the cabinet. I used William Ni’ 5 cut method the firs try the sled was out 48 thousands but I was shocked how easy it was to nail it on the second try I let it go at half a thousandth. I highly recommend using his method it is so easy next I am going to make a dedicated zero clearance dado sled for common sizes 3/8” 1/2” 3/4” inserts as soon as I figure out how to attach a throat plate in the panel sled safely. Thanks for looking
