Well I didn’t do too much today,
un clamped everything and did some squareness checks.
Side 1
Side 2
Side 3
there is about 3mm of out of square, I can only assume this is so because I have extended the fence out to its max.
and opposite
I needed to remove the out of square and did so by a off cut of wood as a shim taped to the edge and then carefully resawing both sides
This corrected it as much as I was game to do.
Another final squareness check, the results were now found to be acceptable
The corner edges looked a little lethal so they had to go
Next was radiusing the corners and beginning of final sanding. The disk sander was used to complete this
followed by a general 40 Grit all over.
Then finally bit of wood filler was needed on a few cracks and gaps

Still, progress is progress. Some days simply putting all the clamps away feels like a big accomplishment.
