So i have been working with this leigh super 18 jig. I can’t seam to close the gap between mye pins and my pin slots. I’m doing hb tails. i have set the bit as much as i can to tighten the joint but i still have a gap at the end. I wish i had a pic but i don’t. So i’m at work and i have been working on this wooden box i do all the finishing work and everything is looking great. I leave for the weekend and we have a stupid amount of rain and when i come back in i notice that one end of the top is bowed up. Anyway to fix this or to keep this into acount when building?

Table saw sled - 6 replies

So i made a table saw sled out of 3/4 mdf board. I am noticeing that right side of my sled isn’t completly square to my blade. But the left side is. Do you all think that my right side runner might be a little bit bigger than the left. but if so wouldn’t that make both sides not square to my blade?
