As of 10:51 AM, CDT, I am no longer tired, I am retired. Today was my last day on the job. I hope now to have more time to spend in the shop (and here, of course).

Oh the projects!!!

Congrats. I can’t wait for the day, even though it is at least 20 years away!

You’re going to love it.

The only problem with retirement, is the days aren’t long enough.

Congratulations. I’ll be looking for reports on how that works out for you because I cannot imagine what retirement would be like.

Thanks for the kind congrats, everyone. It still amazes me how the days could go so slow, and the years could go so fast.

I am 2 years from retirement and I hope you will keep us updated on how it works out for you. I don’t exactly know what retirement is, but I hope it will be 10 hours a day in the shop.
