Perhaps this is an odd thing to do in a review, but it feels like a big chunk of the context of my woodworking life has just been torn away. If you’ve done much framing, you know that tape measures are like pens, they will eventually go home with someone else. I saw a lady with one of these a while back, and finally had to pick one up. -The lock button is in a comfortable position- the hook doesn’t have too much play in it- tape is sturdy doesn’t twist as easily as others Ive had- and it has the quick read fractions and decimals (1/8” graduations).
