Looks like radius gauges to me, just a guess.

Definitely radius gauges. Don’t know about the included clip thing.

Gauging the size of a radius :) seriously. Typically a machinist tool but can be used in woodworking as well. Just got a set recently.

I have a Lufkin set, but have never used them. In woodworking it just doesn’t matter enough that you need fractional gages.
