Inevitable that you will have parts laid out and then need a tool bolted to the other side. Or at least it would be for me, maybe you are a better planner.

Lot’s of plans out there, Family Handyman did one a couple of years ago. 30×60 seems big though and your top and the axle would have to be really beefy. The tools you’re talking about are fairly small and maybe you’d be better served mounting them on a surface and hanging that on the wall of just putting them on a shelf under the surface when you want it clear.
