5 foot log table help

Two ways come to mind depending on the tools you may already own.
The first is to use hand planes. A scrub plane is probably needed given the surface is so rough. After that a jack plane or a joiner.
The second is to use a router and rails. If you search on YouTube for flatten wide board, you’ll see what I’m talking about.
There are other ways, but these suggestions don’t require machines.

Scrub plane or a jack plane with a rounded cutter. Plane sideways and diagonal to the grain until you get it level then switch to a jointer plane.
