You are going to need a good hand plane and someone to teach you how to use it.

Forget a hand plane on a top that big. I would trim the width to 50” and find a commercial shop that can plane it for you.

I use a shop with a 50” helical head planer / drum sander. In just a couple quick passes, my panels emerge flat and smooth. All I need to do is sand it with a ROS .

Woodwolf, Willie provided the best solution, but if you absolutely need it to be 52” wide, you could make a router sled like is used to flatten slabs. HTH
