Kelly, very cool. How long does it take to make one?

Now that I have patterns and there really isn’t any layout time, I could make one in about thirty minutes, excluding glue time. Wild guessing here:

1) Trace patterns – 3 min.
2) Cutting the both sides and spacers – 8 min.
3) Drill pivot – 1 min.
4) Drill for clamp rod and clean up of the hole – 10 min.
5) Glue (excluding drying)- 1 min.
6) Assemble – 1 min.
7) Cut rod – 1 min.
8) Sanding (optional)- 5 to 10 min.
