I mounted mine to some scrap 3/4 ply, and I removed the rubber feet. I had to remove the guard on the cbn side, and generally keep the 60 grit wheel in place.

I just followed the Wolverine jig/mounting instructions.Mine is mounted on 3/4” mdf and I removed the rubber feet-the grinder didn’t feel as solid with the rubber feet on.I also had to remove the guards on each side for my cbn wheels to fit properly.

I used a piece of 2×6 for the spacer, and mounted it to an old cutting board. I could take out the 2 front bolts, put it away , and then clamp it to a workbench when needed.
