Gadzooks, you guys are youngsters. Pushing 76 here! Have to admit it takes me longer to do things. Don’t have the energy. But then, that just means I make fewer mistakes per hour!!!

Since wisdom is directly proportional to the number of screw ups you managed in life, I guess I am accumulating wisdom at a slower rate, but I was so good at it, no body will ever notice… (-:

Happy Birthday, Dan… keep looking beyond the horizon…

Hit 66 and am OK. Too weird being this old. I never though I would see 60 much less 65+ Good luck!

Sixty aint no big thang …. when you’re lookin’ at it from the other side!

Will be 65 in August, and I remember MANY times as a youngster I wondered if I’d even REACH 60 !

At 73 and just retired Jan 1 2017 (27 days ago) I’d consider you still a young whipper snapper.

Re tired?
Does that mean you just got a new set of shoes?
Or should I bring a truck to pick up your tools?

Geez Papadon! Just remember, life can get rough after such an age…

I’ll be 65 in a couple months, and in the past 5yr I have broken 23ribs/vertebrae falling off a 20ft ladder and this past February I had 9 rib fractures after hitting my 3rd deer with the bike.

FWIW, I have about 20 MORE other fractures, but most of those were when I was younger and only in my 50s… ;-)

LIFE IS TOUGH. Get ready for the ride of your life!

Some say I’m lucky to be here, and some just laugh. My wife of 42 years wont let me ride a bike, so I guess i’m sorta safe, Mike. I don’t climb ladders anyway, I’m scared of hieghts. LOL ;-)

Happy birthday youngun.
Except for age, I’m gonna be 76 in April, we have a lot in common. Beat cancer last year, diagnosed with diabetes two months ago, and I’ve always been afraid of heights. No ladders for me either.

On January 16,2017 I reached the ripe old age of 70. Many of my schooldays friends are already gone forever.
I no longer have the energy to lift a 8 feet by 4 feet 3/4 inch plywood like I used to a decade ago and I just tend to be forgetful.

When I met people they were surprise when I told them my age because they said I looked like I was not sixty.
Whatever it is you can’t stop getting old. So I just carry on doing what I like.

My only problem is just that I do not have money to do many things I want to, like having a workshop full of machines .

I dream of visiting my 72 year old sister in Cleveland and my niece and her husband in Colorado .
