My racks are like yours and mounted almost the same way. Every other one has a pocket screw on each side, into the stud. Mine are loaded way heavier than yours and have never failed.

The USDA ‘Wood handbook – wood as an engineering material’ says ‘it depends’ on the moisture % – which changes over time. Pine density is around 0.32-0.52 depending on overdry from green.

Estimate the bf, divide by 12 for cu foot and multiply cu ft by 62.42796 lbs / cu ft for max weight if wood is 100% water. Divide by two for greenwood or three for overdry pine. Other species will have different values.
