Dust extraction on table saw.

The dust will get a certain level and not grow. When the saw and DC are running there will always be dust swirling around inside the cabinet…so any build up on the mechanisms will happen anyway. Your worrying about a non-problem. As for catching all the dust, it just takes more air flow. That means not only a bigger DC, but almost certainly a bigger port. My Unisaw was always squeaky clean on the inside, but I had a 6” port and a very large DC pulling air though it….that said, if it hadn’t been squeaky clean it wouldn’t have mattered, at least not to me.
