I would try a different blade for sure. Its the easiest variable to eliminate.

It looks good to me.Esp if your using the blade that came with the saw.
Your technique and material will affect cuts just as much as the blade.
Run out is irrelevant unless your trying to get a perfect saw kerf that matches the blade width.
I have a forest chop master blade on mine since I cut solid wood.

I have the same saw Bosch glide it’s a good saw,for the price.

Wow! So, we’re talking about a nominal difference of .005? I have that same saw, and I’ve never thought of it in that type of accuracy. It crosscuts a 12” board, and does a helluva job on the bigger crown mouldings. Do I still have to caulk and wood-fill? Sure. Sometimes.

C’mon guys! This isn’t precision-machining! We’re talking about wood! Which is, for the most part, a still-living, breathing, MOVING entity….even after it’s cut, dried and put on a retail shelf.
