You can look over on

Most of the stuff is built from pine/pallets with pocket hole joinery but it can give you a good start to modify it to suit your needs. Shouldn’t be too hard to find plans for these since they seem to be all the rage right now with people buying overly large tv’s nowadays.

I would recommend get a couple of how to books -
one on kitchen cabinets and other cabinetry
one on modern desks

Once you have that, these things are basically the same, the nuances are in the doors, drawers, and wood/color.

Even this will help –

This way you can put your own spin on things, make it the size you want, the height, all of it. Norm did things like this on NYW and he sells measured drawings. One of the things he did that makes sense – he took his own measurements and made it out of inexpensive wood and MDF first. Once he got it the way he wanted, them he made it from the good stuff.

Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback, Derrick and David. I was hoping to find something I like & just buy the plans – I don’t have a lot of free time this time of year to draw up a set of plans myself. Looks like I might have to anyway.

We were about to purchase the table in the picture above, until I asked how it was delivered. “Flat pack,” she said. UGH!! Noooooo…..

I made a QS oak mission-style coffee table a few years ago. I think I’ll design something similar (but larger) for this project.
