Try this site. Maybe call them and see if they will sell the frames and bearings?

You may be able to build your own using 80/20 components. They have an outlet store on eBay.

Ditto on what shawnn said!
I have bought quite a bit of 80/20 on eBay and also directly from Tslots.
They both have all types of extrusions for almost anything you may want to build.

First question how big is your table design? I just completed my 4×8 cnc it will do full size ply sheets. Doing a good size table with precision of some type will not be cheap. the computer and software for cnc is not the expensive part.

Depending on what part of the country you are in (i’m in pa), I might have a deal for you. I just upgraded my cnc from v-con bearing rails that sit on 80/20 to linear bearings. I’ve got a ton of the rails and the carriage that I’ll let go for a song if you are interested. I also have a z axis (complete).

I’m assuming you will mount the router over the material and cut. You will still need a way to control the z-axis height and lock it so it stays true but that could be handled.

If you are dealing with already cut panels, you could consider the festool MFT/3. Its a table with a fold down track that a template for your router fits in. I make wine cabinets and use it for cutting dado’s and squaring panels with my track saw. It has adjustable stops so repeatable cuts for those mating dado’s is easy.

I plan on converting to my new cnc for cutting those panels now and drilling the shelf pins. I’ll be able to cut cabinet componets for 4 cabinets at a time.

You can pick up 80/20 on ebay or as someone else suggested cncrouterparts.com. THats the system I built.

good luck!
