It’s probably a Worth or something similar. It’s not worth restoring, especially if it’s your first one. The pressed steel frog will never work well. It’s a great paper weight.

This one is a Capewell. Appears to be made by Pexto. Worth is another in the line-up…
Yours is missing the adjuster wheel that goes on that bolt’s threads.

While cleaning this plane up…do NOT remove the frog. Dang near impossible to re-install the very short bolts through two holes. For rough work, they aren’t too bad. Finer work? not really..
