Is this a drip edge for facia. Is you facia vertical or angled? A drip edge needs to be made such that the outer edge is the lowest point and water has no where to go but to drop off instead of running back towards the house. Could probably also do at a table saw, but wouldn’t be as pretty. If your facia is angled(has no gutter) a simple 2×2 would be an effective drip edge.

Not a fascia no. Similar though. It’s for the bottom perimeter of a wood shed.

Would taking a length of 1×4 trim, and routing out the back half a 1/2”, about half way up from the bottom, work?

Just rip a bevel on the backside bottom of the board – easy to do on a table saw. Either that, or a 1/8” deep kerf width cut along the bottom middle of the board lengthwise.
