Do you mean you can’t track the blade properly? The wheel/tire combination on that saw should be crowned. I am only generally familiar with the Grizzly version which looks like a 14” Delta just on steroids. It is possible that saw has flat wheels and depends on a crown in the tire and the previous owner just put generic urethane tires on it leaving it with no crown. The method of obtaining the crown varies on the Asian saws. You might check the mounted tires with a ruler to see if you have any crown or not.

Sorry, that is what I meant. The tires he put on it are flat, so I’m assuming that is the issue. Any idea of a good place to get the proper ones. A Canadian supplier would be great, but I’ll take what I can get. Thanks for your help.

Grizzly has the OEM tires and Busy Bee might as well. The other issue may be the tires need to be crowned by the owner, this is not unusual for older bandsaws that came with rubber tires. If you have rubber tires (usually black) you could just crown them yourself. You can google methods for crowning tires. It does not take a lot of crown to work.
