Doesn’t work for me. I can find Jet dado inserts.. but, I doin’t know if they are the proper size as the saw number s not the same.

I have this saw, but only has the stamped steel wings. I’m jealous.

I just make my own zero clearance inserts for regular/dado blades. But if you want to buy one, the Leecraft JT-164 should fit. Can’t confirm personally, but may be worth a try if you don’t go the DIY route.

I use the Grizzly Bear Crawl mobile base. For the money, I’m not sure you could do better.

I also have this same saw with stamped steel wings—so I am also jealous. I’ve had this saw for a little over 20 years and its still going strong.

I make my own inserts using 1/2” plywood.

I made my own mobile base.

If your saw does not have a link belt or a PALS kit—those are 2 worthwhile upgrades in my opinion.

Pay attention to the plug connection between the motor and the on/off switch. I’ve had problems in the past where the saw will not turn on or turns off quickly after startup and I found that this connection was vibrating loose.

Thanks, Bill
Not sure what a PALS kit is. I’m familiar with link belts but must confess I’ve never used one.

Have your say...
