Should be, although you will need to replace the heaters for proper overload protection. However, it would probably be easier just to fix the Jointer – depends on what is wrong with it.

The guy said the original power switch went bad. I didnt know if they were compatible since i have a perfectly good one sitting in a box. I have no idea what “replacing the heaters” means. I just know what a magnetic power switch does, and have no idea about anything else. Thanks.
