Porter Cable Scroll Saw Squeak - Help!

I have the same saw and purchased it only a couple months back. It does have an occasional squeak or vibration from time to time. It usually fixes itself but I have sprayed some wd40 into the cavity where the arm pivots. My saw sits in my unheated garage and I don’t see that as causing any issues.

The squeaking you posted is fairly loud compared to what I’ve had but just sounds like it needs oil.

It’s not the best saw but it sure beats the harbor freight special I had before that.

Might try returning it if all else fails but overall I love the saw.

That sounds like the blade is rubbing against the table insert.
