I’m not an expert on carbide but from my uses AZCarbide is as good as any others I have used.
They have a chart showing cross reference to most carbide tool maker inserts.
I didn’t see any no where close to $30 except for the 10 packs.

+1 for AZ Carbide I dont use the carbide tools too much, but Ive got replacements from AZ Carbide for very reasonable price. Square cutters for about 8 bucks and round for about 11. You just have to measure your cutters and match up the ones from AZ Carbide.

I don’t know what sizes you need but I get my inserts from
Best prices and good quality. I made a set of 3 full size tools using handles I turned for under $100.00
