My suggestion is You Tube. ...specifically Izzy Swan. If it is possible, Izzy has done it.
Good luck.

Note: If it were me, I would make a ripping sled, and maybe a cross cut sled/jig for the circular saw and forget about trying to mount it under a table. Just my thoughts.

I’m going to vote no on trying to use a circular saw both free and as a table saw. I did that for a few years using an old table Sears sold for that purpose. It was a time consuming hassle to install the saw and align it, then later to take it off for other needs. I’ve now got a lower cost portable type table saw and, while it’s not a great tool overall, it serves enough needs to be worth having and keeps my circular saw free.

I think the need for a table saws is a bit overrated. You can make or buy a guide for your circular saw that serve many of the purposes for which you’d use a table saw. Many home shops get by fine without a table saw. A router table is a very useful thing to have, but again, if you can scrape up enough cash for a second router it’s best to have a separate free one.

John Heinz “IBuildIt” also just did this on You Tube recently, both a quick one and a much better design. It was still a dedicated circular saw though with a Good fence. He is building a Saw, the Circular saw tables he is using are temporary. Dan
