5/8” sounds like a good thickness for drawer box sides. If you do cabinet work, I’d say that prepping some of it for drawer sides could be useful.

That was a good lunch. Congrats. I work in the construction feild, and am always looking. Just have not had much luck with good finds like that.

Have fun using it.

Hears a thought, you could use it as flooring in the shop. It would make it look Grand.

Don’t ya just love it when stuff like that happens! Quite a few years ago I got some tongue and groove flooring that was pulled up in an old house that was being renovated at the local college where my wife worked. As I recall it was not quite a full 3/4” thick, but it was 2 1/2” wide boards and solid teak. Thank goodness the guys doing the demo knew enough to be careful and salvage as much of the wood as they could.
