That’s the sound if the rear thrust bearing spinning.
Do you see how far the blade is being pushed back when you cut.
Set the rear bearing closer to the back of the blade so the teeth don’t contact the ones on the sides and dull the blade.

Failed bearing. That is the problem with bearing guides. I buy bearings by tubes of 10 for my Rikon bandsaw. They happen to be the same size as certain skate board bearings and they can be had from that source very inexpensively. If you just don’t like the noise, you can spray the bearing with WD-40 and it will probably stop the noise for a little while.

Thank you all for your responses. I had posted the exact question on a few other sites with nothing but cricket chirps in return. I will see if I can get it remedied now that you have helped me find the source.
