nice, a separator and a cart to carry it all is a great addition to any vacuum system,nice vac hack.

I was amazed at how well adding a separator keep the vac filter from plugging up and how little gets through to vac. Well done.

Thanks guys. Yes, it works very well. I filled the white drum up to about half full and checked inside the vacuum. Only a couple plane shaving curls. Clean in there otherwise. Love it. I really dislike having to clean the vac filter as much as I was having to before.

Nice job! I use a similar setup (though crude by comparison) but also use a vacuum bag to catch the dust that the separator misses. The bag takes months to fill up and means you’ll never have to clean your filter.

Actually I did build a cart but not as nice as yours.
