right, wrong, or indifferent – this is what I use with good results for a damp/wet environment.

anything of similar nature from Ben Moore or Sherwin-Williams will do just as well.
if you are going with a gloss white, you can also use the Rust-Oleum rattle can.
for a project that small, just use disposable brushes.

why not ask the guys behind the paint desk at Ben Moore what they suggest for your project ?
