How often are you going to need to have access to the crawl space? is this going to be used for storage or just access to the occasional mechanical check or more regular than that. Id probably figure I want regular access and make a full built in. Around the access panel i would do a cabinet with doors to hide the crawlspace but still allow me access on a regular basis. Anything i stored in that cabinet would be in bins to allow quick removal for access to the crawl space. I wouldn’t want to move stacks of books anytime i need to access a crawl space.

I’ve never opened it in 6 years. Still, I was planning on having rollaway access to it and am focused on a wall hung cubby structure starting above counter height. Ideas?

I should have been more clear. I do not want to build a floor standing unit. I’m looking to make a wall hung cabinet with different sizes of cubbies that fit in an under-stair location.

Here are a couple of oddball cubbies I built.
There not triangle shaped, but may give you some different ideas.

jbay, those are awesome. Very similar to some I saw in a Local museum. Could you describe the construction please?
