I hear all of the time that so and so beer is finally licensed for sale in…..some new state, so I wonder if the brewery has it’s hands full with licensing issues to ship out of Alaska, depending on their total output, they may ship some Western states, but if they are small maybe just a local name.

Your best bet will be getting someone there to ship to you. Possibly a member here, maybe they would be interested in a beer swap for something you can get that they want to try. Plenty of really good beer in the USA to pick from.

We did the same this summer at Lake Geneva Wisconsin. We did beer tours up in Milwaukee and found a number of winners. Luckily many are available here through local distributors. Beyond licensing, they also need to keep their agreements with the distributors clean, start going around them, and they could be in court for years, so several reasons they don’t respond to a request to ship direct. You may ask if they sell through any distributors though, and that wouldn’t step on any feet.

Hope ya get hooked up.

Did a quick Google and found this for it under availability it says “brewed once” so it will be smallish batch, and probably limited to stock on hand at the brewery. Now that could change if it is asked for enough, AND the price to brew it is do-able so it would fall in line with pricing of competitive brands. So it could become the 12 bux a bottle monster you feared.

Was yours Blueberry?

Their website said….....How To Find Our Beers. Our beers are distributed nationally and across the globe Listed a place in Ma. and one in Ankorage.

I still think the brewed once will weigh heavily on if it will go full production. If it was just offered on tap, it may be a hard find for you.
