Nothing off the shelf that I know of. What you’re looking for is something like a forcetner bit, which is used to cut flat bottom holes, but you need a hollow ground bit to get the curve you’re looking for. There are rosette drill bits which make round decorative holes, so maybe if you search that term you might find something.

I doubt this would have been carved by hand. It looks like a manufactured piece.

Grizzly has rosette cutters, though I don’t see one that looks exactly like your profile.

A rosette cutter was probably how it was
done. Good luck finding one that matches
at a reasonable price.

The issue could be worked around by drilling
a hole with a fortsner bit and turning a domed
plug to fit the hole.

You could make your own cutter by regrinding
a spade bit. It sounds crazy but it’s the first
thing I would try personally. I might cut off
the shank of the bit real short to reduce chatter.

Thanks for the ideas, folks! I haven’t found a cutter like this type of pattern, so I will resort to asking the wife how important this look is to her!

I appreciate the responses- cheers!

Find a cutter that’s close but even slightly larger and then recut all the legs to match.
