At first I thought you were going somewhere else with this. LOL. How true it is. I guess that’s why they have all those blockers on electronics now. Must be to keep us from learning the good stuff.

Good one. I used to complain about only having an hour of T.V. when I was a kid. Since I came back from Iraq I have yet to get any T.V. series. Only got a smartphone 2 1/2 years ago and then only because it was $30 and still pay as I need minutes not this highway robbery at $70 and up a month.

The Computer, well without it my wife would not have a job and be able to stay at home. I might get an hour each night as I check news and LJ’s. And of course my Ukrainian language lessons….

Good story Joe, but I think the old saying ‘Don’t blame the messenger’ applies here. Media is just a reflection of our society and yes it does influence it in bad ways, but in good ways too. Maybe we should question societie’s values and the way children are raised today rather than our TV if we are unhappy with the way things are going.
