Why doesn t it work?
The miter slots are different than my Unisaw so the carriage cannot move the wood over far enough to cut the material on the Sawstop. I have heard that some tenoning jigs will let you adjust the bar that rides in the miter slot so the whole unit can be moved over closer to the blade but my jig does not offer the feature

Is there not a bar on the bottom of the jig (rides in the miter slot) that you could take off, move it over and re-attach it?

How about a picture of the bottom of your jig so we have information to work with.
