Sounds good except for the right tilt blade. I mistakenly and out of ignorance got a Unisaw with the right tilt. It cuts great but for a lot of mitered cuts I have to move the fence to the left side of the table, usually for safety reasons.
Given a choice I would replace it with a left tilt. Mine is a 3hp single phase and has plenty of power. I don’t know much about 3 phase but it sounds like just another technical problem I wouldn’t want. Was the saw use commercially? That could mean a lot of wear on bearings, etc.

Right tilt, left tilt. It’s all subjective. If you want the saw, buy it. A 220 volt 3-5 hp motor would cost about the same as a VFD, so change out the motor to 220. You do not need to get the exact same mounting as I made mounts for 56 base that hangs in the Delta motor mount. Been using it since ‘92. Had to make another when I went to 5hp. I’ll post pictures if you ask. ............. Jerry (in Tucson)
