Making elk antler lamp

You may have to cut the antler, drill the holes to meet and then glue it back together. Use the thinnest kerf you can find.

You can buy long shaft drill bits if the length of you bits is the problem.

At sharp bends you might have to start a new crossing hole from the outside and plug it when you have the wire installed, so save the drill material so you can mix it with epoxy or thick superglue fo the patch. Of if you have spare material you could cut a plug for the hole.

I would think if you cut the antler some sort of reinforcement at the glue joint will be needed. Maybe a metal tube or if the point of the cut is wide enough you can drill a couple of smaller holes to put reinforcing metal pins in.

Lamp drill? Won’t do curves, but ya might be able to fix with with different drill locations/directions.
