Yes, they are commercially available. I know that Rockler sells them for various saws, although I don’t think the inserts are wood (although you could always make your own from wood).

I know Infinity Tools sells a bunch as well if you want to check them out. It seems the replaceable inserts are something you could easily make yourself.

Thanks Brad and Rayne for your quick responses.

I took a look at both the Infinity and Rockler sites and they do have a similar product as the one in the video. However, it looks as if they are all saw-specific (which of course makes sense) and do not carry one for my specific saw (Stallion, Canadian product). The throat plate in my saw seems to be a bit of an unusual size as well (18 7/8” x 3 3/4” x 3/8” thick), so looks like it may not be readily available. I have actually emailed Colliflower (manufacturer of some of the Rockler items) to see if they have anything I could use.
