Look up the William Ng box joint jig on YouTube. It works great.

There are several 24T rip blades that have a flat top grind (FTG) that will work. Best bang for the buck in a full kerf blade is likely the Delta 35-611

Otherwise, you may need to look into a box joint cutter set, or use an FTG chipper from a dado set.
