If it did, it would be in a mineral staining kind of effect, maybe gray, since iron is gray. Because of the iron in the soil, my mother had grayish teeth, common in her hometown of St. Leo, MN. The tree picks up whatever is in the water, but chemical reactions won’t necessarily draw a color true from the nutrients.
