Don’t worry too much about the bearings. It is highly unlikely they are bad. And if they are, bearings are relatively cheap and are not difficult to replace. This is such a nice piece of machinery that I would jump at it if the price were right. But I’m getting to be an old codger with a shop full of Delta machines that I bought used from the 1940s and 1950s and new in the 1970s. I guess I am sentimental about these old tools. But I have also been using them for nearly 50 years and keep them looking almost like new. I know how well they do the job!
