Yellow glue doesn’t fill gaps too well, and when it’s used that way usually isn’t very strong. Your best bet would probably be two part epoxy. You may have to create a little bit of a dam with tape to contain it as it sets, then sand down any rough or irregular areas. The longer cure time the better it will creep into all the little gaps resulting in few voids. Stay away from the 5 minute stuff.
