jasoncarpentry, I agree with Dallas in that you are probably moving too slow!

But, when those burn marks do rear their ugly appearance, I use the sanding sponges for round overs as I feel that the “give” of the sponges do a very good job on the corners … better than anything else I have tried. I buy mine at OSH, Orchard Hardware Supply, which has about 90% of my wood working supplies except for lumber. 3M, and sometimes Norton, are the brands I use. I have never bought any online or even price checked to see if I can get a better deal!

I was them out after using them which I don’t know how it affects the life of the sponge.
