A raised-panel bit in a 1/4” shank is a tough order. You might find mini versions but if you’re looking for a bit for full-sized panels, you’ll probably have to get 1/2”. There’s a lot of torque with the larger bits and a 1/4” shank becomes a weapon. And the bit becomes a projectile.
