Thanks guys. What is the best way to align the pulleys to ensure that are on the same plane? Both are about 1.25” wide so do I just try to get the outside edges aligned? I don’t have a true straight edge yet (I have a 50” veritas on the way for table alignment). The problem is I don’t see how i can stick something in there that will reach up to the top pulley and fit in the small space where the belt passes through the top of the cabinet. Anyway just looking for tips on that.

Also, Stevo, you mention that the bottom pulley is too close to the end of the shaft…I hadn’t even tried to adjust anything down there because the manual does not make any mention of it. I figured that part was set up properly since it is part of the motor. I’ll check it out to see if its loose.
