your bottom pulley is way to close to the end of the shaft it needs to be closer to the motor and you need to get the pulleys coplaner and make sure you have your set screws tight on the botto m pulley that looks like the problem to me it’s a easy fix thats the same deal I went through all you have to do is move some things around and it will run smooth it takes about 1 hour or so to do the coplaner right just sayin
