what kind of noise r u havin it’s more than likely your pulleys r not coplaner and the bottom or top pulley is loose that’s about it, if you tried to eyeball it you made a mistake that don’t work my 490 runs smooth shuts down starts up quiet no vibration or unusual noises but it did when I first started it up because the bottom pulley was loose where I moved it around and I also found out that it runs quieter with the pully close to the motor, so sounds like you need to take the back panel off and take a 2 foot straight edge and put it on the bottom pulley and see where your at from there then move your motor by taking off the front base panel so you can get to it easier, move your motor as needed then fine tune by moving the bottom pulley ever so slightly
