What is the model number? AFAIK, in 2007 they were selling the 40-680 or otherwise known as the P-20. The current model sold is the 40-694 as mentioned above.

Only had to add a fish tank air compressor to use instead of the worn out plastic bellows.

Hegner is still in business and parts are available through Advanced Machinery), including the bellows – which is a pretty common replacement part for most scroll saws. They are a bit pricey though. Another cheaper alternative is to fix the bellows with a sealant, like Shoe-Goo (basically just an RTV silicone). I fixed the badly cracked bellows in my older Delta scroll saw with it, and it has held up for several years now without any sign of failure.
